Paolo manifests very soon a significant talent for drawing that his mother cultivates with great delicacy, His father, nesthetist, soon begins to commission illustrations for medical congresses.
Paolo then starts to draw pathological anatomy at the age of 8.
In 1997 he moves to Milan to start working in ADV.
Saatchi&Saatchi and Arnold Worldwide leads him to be named best Italian creative in 2007.
Jaques Seguela said of him in those years: “I know Paolo, he knows that money has no ideas, it is ideas that make money”
On April 2005 when, while still working in advertising, he decides to move from drawing to the nobility of painting,
but he forgets to buy the brushes. An error which brought us a uniqueness. Hyperrealism painted with fingers
In 2009 he quits with advertising to follow his passion for painting.
In 2011 he is selected for the 54th Venice Biennale.
In 2013 he become an independent artist, no more art galleries, to continue his journey with the help of patronage mainly.
Solo shows in Singapore, San Francisco, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, New York, Milan, Rome, Palermo, Florence, Paris. He lives and works in Milan.
